Rank Advanced to Emerald

This is a very big deal and you are on track to building a large thriving organization with continuously growing income that includes bonuses and increasing at the 2, 5,10, 15 star levels every quarter.

OK, lets review how you got here! A DIAMOND COACH has 4 coaches on the left leg, 4 coaches on the right leg and an Emerald on each leg (can be one of the 4 coaches).

So to date, you have done a great job at recruiting coaches and helping a few of those get to Emerald! Great work!!

Have you thought of a team name yet?? Start brainstorming on those now and decide in the next 7 days and share with the team!

Your New Pay Increase!

You are now earning $18 per team cycle bonus (for every 200 and 100 of PV) you earn $18, and again, and again, and again up to 150 times!
You also earn a 10% matching bonus on coaches who have achieved Emerald rank, earning 10% of whatever they have earned.

Do everything in your power to ensure you do not lose it. Later in this document I list ways to ensure you have all eyes on the important moving parts of your growing business.

To MAXIMIZE your pay you want to be shooting for Premiere and/or Elite Coach. I explain that below.
A Coach is able to build an organization that can go down to infinite levels, there is no max to the amount of people a Coach can have on their team. However, there is a weekly maximum a Coach can earn in cycle bonuses, and that maximum amount depends on the Coach’s rank. Below are the weekly maximums for the corresponding rank:
  • Emerald – $250/week
  • Ruby – $1000/week
  • Diamond – $2000/week
  • 1 Star Diamond – $3000/week
  • 2 Star Diamond -$4000/week
  • 3 Star Diamond -$5000/week
  • 4 Star Diamond – $6000/week
  • 5 Star Diamond – $7000/week
  • 6 Star Diamond – $8000/week
  • 7 Star Diamond – $9000/week
  • 8 Star Diamond – $10,000/week
  • 9 Star Diamond – $11,000/week
  • 10 Star Diamond – $12,000/week


Also, the numbers listed above are per business center. When Coaches advance in rank, at certain levels they are allowed to open up new business centers. For example, when a Coach reaches the rank of 2 Star Diamond, they are allowed to open up a new business center and place it anywhere they want in their organization. This new business center has its own weekly maximum limits on cycle bonuses. In total, a Coach is allowed to open up to 25 business centers in total, making the compensation plan almost limitless. Imagine having 25 business centers, all maxing out the compensation plan at $12,000 a week. I’m not an expert at math, but I think that adds up to about $300,000 a week, or $15,600,000 a year!

Remember, those numbers listed above with up to 25 business centers  are at the absolute end of the spectrum, most people are not going to come anywhere close to making that kind of money as a Beachbody Coach unless they stick with the business for years and years - -but why not right? Beachbody Coach for LIFE!  But making a million dollars per year after being in 5 -10 years is definitely possible, and making 6 figures per year in 1.5 - 5 years even more realistic.





How to NOT lose your rank!
NOW is when we start to take the next 6 weeks to solidify and build 
BEYOND Diamond!!

Getting to Diamond is VERY exciting!! Go ahead and do the happy dance all over your house for the next few days (I know I am happy dancing for you), but NOW is the time to get into “Lets Build Stronger Mode”.

Your business requirements:
A Diamond coach needs to be Active, 100 PV per month 50 of which are from customer orders, needs to pay your $15.95 active coach fee, needs to pay your Beachbody club $40 quarterly fee.

Diamond is where you have eyes EVERYWHERE! You have your eyes on still building a strong business for you, but you also take your eyes off you, and put them on your team.
You FIRST want to make sure you have a SOLID DIAMOND RANK and evenly stack your coaches on each leg until you get to about 12 per leg that are Active and 2-4 Emeralds on each. Then you can decide if you want add more coaches in a row on the weak leg to build volume = increased pay! OR, go for rank and place them evenly and strategically.

#1 Go Diamond ALL OVER again! This will ensure you build a strong solid foundation and don’t lose your rank. This is the simplest way to look at it.

#2 Your eyes need to be on your Sponsorship Drilldown DAILY! You need to be seeing what your coaches are doing, ensure coaches of all ranks are ‘active’ status, ensuring your Emeralds do not lose rank with their coaches staying ‘active’ and therefore you do not lose rank too. 
When you see the INACTIVE in red that means you have 5 days to correct it. Often times there is an expired credit card and the HD didn’t do out or the active fee didn’t process. So reach down and inquire.

If you have a coach striving for a rank advancement, you need to know the requirements to help them get there, and watching the drill down early in the week, to make sure that on Wednesday, all is good with PV, Active Status and the number of coaches on each side and specific ranks on each side!

#3 Once you hit Diamond, of course you never want to lose it, but it happens from time to time — but NOT to you!! ;) You are encouraged to hold that for 6 weeks and forever really, and in true Beachbody Coach fashion your upline coach will have a lovely appreciation gift waiting for you.

Monthly Goal Setting:

I find it best to get a white board or something that is front of you every month and map out the direction of where you want to go. Remember, that everyone’s season in business is different as will be their journey.
If you want to SPRINT, this company and likely your upline coach or if not your coach, a few up from her/him are already sprinting, so, find a person that matches your sprint pace and see what their goals are.

Here is a great way to map out your goals per month:
-Your Monthly Success Club Goals
- # of new coaches 
- # of PS coaches hitting SC5 
- # of PS coaches to rank advance to Emerald
- # of PS coach to rank advance to Diamond
**If you are shooting for a Top 10 Coach you need to be recruiting 20 new coaches per month and having 25 coaches per month achieving success club!

WHO to focus on working with of your coaches:
We are rewarded based on the number of people we help succeed! From a fitness challenger, to a new coach, to coaches who want to take their business to a higher level of Diamond and beyond!
Always Always Always encrouage coaches to achieve SC5-10 (we know that meeting that business benchmark will create momentum in their biz, its a softer approach to spin it as the # of people we help - -focusing on 3-5 people per month).

WORK WITH:
- ALL coaches who raise their hand but show effort in meeting you half way
- ANY coach who has SC1-SC4 and help them get to SC5+
- Coaches who achieve SC5-10 and see how they are enrolling; customers or recruiters and see how you can help them enroll and position more coaches to help them rank advance.
- Encourage coaches to invite to coaching and help the onboard their first few coaches.

STACK RANK YOUR COACHES 1-2x per month:
-This means that you do a drill down in your Personally Sponsored list.
Get a piece of paper or online doc and list out;
- start with # of coaches per leg to see how many you have:
- list out names for right and left starting with emeralds at top,
- then those showing effort and promising action through achieving SC 5-10+,
- then at the bottom list other working coaches.
This is how you know WHERE to put your efforts and where to put NEW coaches on each leg each time you enroll based what you know about other coaches and their goals and their actions.
If YOU are shooting for 5 Star Elite, then you want to predict as much as possible where to place new coaches who you believe will work the business.

If you are a HIGH recruiter, start placing with 1,1 on one leg and 1,1, on the other leg. This could change over time as you might go 4 in a row on one leg, then 4 in a row on the other.
You FIRST want to make sure you have a SOLID DIAMOND RANK and evenly stack your coaches on each leg until you get to about 12 per leg that are Active and 2-4 Emeralds on each.
>If you are building for volume/pay, start building up coaches on your weak leg
>If you are building for rank, keep a very close eye on each coach placement BEFORE you place them, OR, you have 5 days to move them by sending an email to Coach Relations.




Recruiting coaches:

Recruiting coaches is where its at. We love helping people, however, in the business scheme of things, its a numbers game. The MORE people you recruit and get them started right, the better chance you have of a percentage filtering through and taking action and succeeding.
You CANNOT rely on a few and put all your eggs in one basket thinking 5-10 coaches are going to create a legacy for you.
GET GOOD A RECRUITING! 
Top coaches recruit 20-45 coaches per month as a point of reference.



How to help your coaches succeed:

It starts with getting your coach started right….THIS is the million dollar question and one that will continuously be refined.
Some people blow through our team training website and get to Emerald in 30 days and Diamond in less than 90 days.
Other coaches cannot seem to get through the first page.
Its all based on individuals, but I do encourage new coaches to take actions and meet me in the middle before I spend my time on the phone with them, otherwise nothing I say will make sense and I will have to send them through the website again.
At the very least if your coach seems to have a hard time getting started, have them watch the Getting Started Webinars in our training site then get on the phone and have them just get comfortable getting through the challenge group and practicing posting and sharing on social media.

As you see if you review the Getting Started process, I have Check In points for the new coach to reach out and contact their upline coach - this is so you do not have to chase people.

We want self driven, self starters. Your time is valuable. This is a business and we treat the process like a business.

That said….those putting in effort — WE HELP!!
HOW to help your new coach:
- give them dates for the month in which they should be aware of; challenge group, coach basics, sneak peek, sc goal dates
- help them achieve SC5 minimum but I recommend SC10 monthly ( this helps them to build their business strong)
- make sure they are posting properly, be sure to scan their page once a week to see what it looks like and make suggestions. 
-Make sure they are promoting with invite posts every week for an upcoming fitness  group or to join their coaching team sneak peek - every 3 days is a good rule of thumb.
- have them follow the team calendar so they know the marketing/posting focus for the week.
-  for those that are struggling with achieving SC 5, review a few conversations that they're having with people to make sure that they're sticking to the script. Often times they want to short cut the forming process or need a few tweaks in the conversation.
- THE MORE people you help achieve SC5-10, the MORE successful yours and your coaches business will be!
- Around the 20th of the month, work with people achieving SC1-4….they can get to SC5 with your help and believing in them!




Onboarding and Training Your Coaches --
Getting Them Started RIGHT!:

It is important that you onboard each coach the right way. Again, this is the million dollar question of HOW is the right way as each person is different and learn differently, but the answer really is in the systems and processes that have been created. On this team we have a great process and it still continues to be refined.

- Send them the WELCOME EMAIL for a new coach and keep in contact with them that they're going through the steps,
> They get pointed to the Simple Approach To Getting Started document and if they want to Turbo charge their biz, direct them right into the team training website.
 
- Schedule a time within the first 5- 7 days to get on a call with them or maybe it's a group call to have a few new coaches all at the same time. 

- You want to make sure they have gone through the getting started webinar on the team training website so they're familiar with a lot of the BB jargon already. 

- On the call you want to go over; what are their goals, current fears and what they really want out of this business, based on that you will go a few directions…..refer to the three ways to get started as a business building coach in our Simple Approach To Getting Started Training Guide  https://www.evernote.com/l/AggWko4Ar9pH5b6WMFlGD4XRA5YS7W3RThU
to be used before sending people to the training website (1.challenger = focus on getting results and practicing on social media, 2. slow and steady or 3. turbo charge then also send them right to the team training website), review goals of  helping 3-5 people and reaching success club 5 or 10 as a bare minimum for their business, the daily vital behaviors, set a date for their first fitness challenge group with you as listed on the marketing calendar, tell them to create an event and a post on their page with their business launch/invite and to start using the scripts, talk about how to post on their page 3-5 times per day, how to do post invitations.



Expand your Network by Increasing your Marketing Exposure

***THIS IS CRITICAL!! You need a Facebook LIKE page and and Instagram account now! Even if you do not have a budget to spend on Facebook yet, create you page and start creating your brand YOU!

If you have not already, you need to dive right into creating a Facebook Like page and an Instagram account.
Facebook marketing tips:
- boost posts on your Facebook page to increase Likes (workout videos are great as a simple way to connect with people in a targeted marketing like women 22-40, who like target, amazon.com, shape magazine, etc…..you get the point….WHO is your target persona and what are they Liking on Facebook.
- boost posts on Facebook for your challenge group invites and invites to your monthly What is Beachbody Sneak peek; videos or images with fewer than 20% text is great with a call to action of email you or add you as a friend on Facebook.

Instagram Marketing Tips:
- get used to posting the same as you do on your FB page
- hashtag every post so it shows up in the things that people search for. Not sure what to hashtag? I give you examples in our team training website under Instagram training. Go through the ENTIRE training if you have not already.
- be sure to post your invites to challenge groups and what is BB coaching groups, use hashtags and calls to action.

Be sure you are continuously planning out your month and working your marketing calendar. A few small targeted, laser focused and on purpose activities done in an hour per day can have a massive impact on the quality of work you do and the outcome of your activities.

WEEKLY you should be inviting to your next challenge group, talking about WHY you love coaching and inviting people to learn more in your up coming sneak peek, or towards the end of the month full out inviting to your online fitness coach mentorship training.



Personal Development in Leadership:

You are now considered a leader coach, and you will need to keep strengthening your leadership skills by reading personal development books that continue to inspire and motivate and shed new light on life itself but also how to work with people.
Believe me, I was very scared to lead people. I didn't think or know that I had it within me to do it, but as I've learned through experience in life anything can be learned-we’re not born naturally with most things, it's what we invest in ourselves to learn that we will then become better.

People will say one thing and do another, you will have discount coaches rise up and become some of your best coaches coming out of now where, you will have promising coaches go MIA, you will have fitness challengers not show up in the group and it will be like crickets, you will start up your own coaches team page and it will be like crickets in the beginning, you will have fitness challengers reach out to you ad tell you how much you have changed their life, you will have coaches tell you how much you inspire them, you will have people you have been talking with all of a sudden join OTHER coaches.
YOU just stay the course.
Adjust your sails using personal developlment, your WHY, goals and dreams and JUST STAY CONSISTENT if even you have to exercise the power of 3 and achieve only SC5 due to challenging times in your life…..keep with it.
